We are proud to belong to an exclusive group of less than 1% of all Realtors who are Graduates of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Specialists (CRS). Other professional designations and affiliations include: Accredited Buyer Representatives, Prudential Fine Homes Specialist, Senior Real Estate Specialist, Certified Marketing Assistance Specialist, and members of the National, California and North San Diego County Associations of Realtors.
The Holtz Real Estate team is the proud recipient of many Prudential awards including: Bev and Glenn received the Chairman's Circle Award each year from 1997 through 2009, and The President's Circle Award from 1992 through 1996. Bev had the distinction of receiving the Prudential California Realty's Legend Award 2001 and 2006.
In addition to continuing professional education, Glenn holds his Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance and Banking.
Civically, Glenn is involved with numerous activities surrounding raising a young family and Bev is a long-time member of the Soroptimist International of America.
